Hello my name is Josée Ouelette, I consulted the chiro center about 3 or 4 years ago. I had a shoulder problem, a bursitis tendinitis.
My arm would not move at all and I had to hold it against my stomach. When I took my shower, I had to lift my arm gently with both hands in order to get it off my body. So I decided to consult the Dr. Bernachez for these reasons.
As soon as the bursitis tendonitis was first treated with x-rays, I was able to move my arm! At that point, it was moving at about 50%! Following that, we did a series of treatments to solve my problem.
For the past 7 years, I can say that I no longer have pain in my shoulder or my arm! I am a hairdresser, so I have to do repetitive motions, so that's why I developed pain in my shoulder.
Now my quality of life is much better. I can do more tasks and activities that I couldn't do before with my arms.
Moreover, following the advice of the chiropractor at the clinic, I also changed my diet. I feel that my body is in much better shape since then!
However, some time ago, I noticed that I developed some neck pain. So I had a magnetic resonance. It was discovered that I had a cervical hernia in my neck. Following this, we started to do decompression treatments.
Now there's no pain in my neck! However, my hernia is still there. I know I have to be careful and listen carefully to the chiropractor's advice.
Finally, I can say that Dr. Bernachez's chiropractic clinic has changed my life for the better!
