I'm a hockey goalie and after months of enduring chronic pain in my lower back I decided to go see my doctor. I was diagnosed with an discal hernia in L4-L5 and I was started to have issues with my left leg which kept me up all night and I just couldn't sleep anymore. The doctor wanted me to get cortisone shots. I'm 34 years old and getting shots to relieve the pain was out of the question. One of my colleagues at work talked to me about the clinic and their decompression machine. It intrigued me and I decided to give it a shot. My impressions from my first visit their and meeting Dr. Bernatchez was “WOW“. I could already feel the positive effects just after my first decompression treatment. She also treated my upper back and neck where I was experiencing lots of tensions. In all honesty, this is the best investment I've ever done in my life. I'm feeling way better now and hardly ever complain of back pains. I can now play hockey and go skiing without issues. Cheers.

My husband and I, as well as our 3 children have been receiving exceptional chiropractic care by Dre. Michèle Bernatchez since 2010. I would just like to take this time to explain the difference two people have made in my life. It started about 5 years ago, after suffering for many years (15 approx.) with lower back and knee pain I decided to take an alternative route, you see I had tried medications, physiotherapy, osteopath, even acupuncture I decide to give a chiropractor a try. With my back problems I used to be immobilized about 4 times a year were I would literally been flat on my back for a week. I have now been a patient of Francois for 5 years and in that time he has brought me out of the darkness of pain and given me the light of movement. The care and compassion they give you is outstanding, it truly is my pleasure to let people now how wonderful this couple are. It would be wrong of me not to mention also the staff who also are very courteous and polite. When you go to the Chiro Ste Rose it’s like going home for a visit with your family.
